Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Purchase Officer role based in Bhiwadi. The Purchase Officer will manage end-to-end purchasing activities, including processing purchase requisitions, preparing and issuing purchase orders, and maintaining accurate procurement records. The role involves identifying suppliers, obtaining quotations, and supporting contract negotiations to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels, coordinating with production and stores teams to ensure timely availability of materials, and resolving any issues related to deliveries or quality. The Purchase Officer will also assist in evaluating supplier performance, ensuring compliance with company policies, and contributing to continuous improvement in procurement processes.

Qualifications & Key Responsibilities

Education: Any Graduate (Technical background or material management diploma is a plus).

• • Relevant diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Commerce, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong understanding of purchasing processes, including purchase requisitions and purchase orders, with the ability to manage them efficiently.
  • Experience in contract negotiation and vendor management, with skills in securing cost-effective and reliable supply arrangements.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills to compare quotations, analyze costs, and support data-driven purchasing decisions.
  • Proficiency in basic procurement software or ERP systems, and solid skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and a focus on accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.
  • Prior experience in procurement or materials management in Steel Foundry is must.
  • Relevant diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Commerce, or a related field preferred.

Salary: 5.5-6 LPA
